- 1 tsp of Olive Oil, Peanut Oil, or EV Coconut oil
- 2 handfuls of Spinach
- 1 cup frozen Sweet Potatoes
- 1/2 cup Black Beans
- 1/2 - 1 cup Onions (depends on your tastes)
- 1 Low Carb.Tortilla
- 1 tsp stone ground Dijon Mustard
When vegetables are cooked add to tortilla with Dijon mustard. I hope you enjoy!
